Inferior Acromioplasty
Inferior acromioplasty’s involve a resection of the lower half of the acromion, including a resection of the coracoacromial ligament1. These procedures are often used for supraspinatus tendon repairs since a traditional tendon repair is made difficult due to the narrow supraspinatus canal1.
