Potential benefits

The main benefit of seed oils are their impact on decreased overall LDL cholesterol. By looking at overall LDL levels, this disregards the impact of seed oil consumption on oxidized-LDL levels. In addition, the benefits of seed oil consumption reducing LDLc is based on the premise that elevated LDL levels are inherently negative.
