ROM
- End range: Move from neutral to slight ROM
- Eventually build up to end ROM
- Moving through ROM: Start moving through small ROM
- For extreme ROM:
- Start moving into it
PNF for the Overhead Athlete
- Perturbation training
- RTC highly involved in the dynamic stabilization unit of the shoulder
- Give opportunity to recruit fast twitch mm fibers due to faster mvmts
