Technique

You will be moving the patient’s head into SB and Rotation. The direction you are sidebending and rotating will be considered ipsilateral.

  • Split stance
  • Hips pointing towards the direction you will HVLAT towards
  • With your I/L hand (the hand on the side of the patient you are moving them towards) you will place it at the mid C/S
    • Apply a C/L Lateral shift
