Purpose
observe movement restrictions in individuals with known musculoskeletal disorders
Techniques
Deep Squat
Although this is labeled the “Deep squat” in SFMA, this would be colloquially considered an overhead squat

- Feet shulder width apart
- Hold dowel overhead

- Ankles
