Myoglobinuria refers to excess myoglobin in urea1. Elevated levels are indicative of exertional rhabdomyolysis1.
Extended periods of high myoglobinuria can result in renal failure due to myoglobinuric tubular necrosis and other mechanisms which are not known1.
