Arthrokinematics
Arthrokinematics refers to the motion between joint surfaces1. Joint surfaces are generally considered convex or concave relative to eachother, thus one aspect of the joint is considered convex and the other is considered concave1.
Movement | Definition |
---|---|
Roll/Rock | Multiple points along one rotating articular surface contact multiple points on another articular surface1 |
