Conoid Ligament
Medial coracoclavicular, Conoid, and trapezoid ligaments are the 3 coracoclavicular ligaments1.
The conoid ligament and the trapezoid ligament are 2 extra-articular ligaments that help to stabilize the acromioclavicular joint1.
The conoid ligament spans the “elbow” of the coracoid process to the posterior border of the inferior aspect of the clavicle known as the conoid tubercle1.
The conoid lig. is deep/posterior to the trapezoid ligament’s attachment on the conoid tubercle1.
