Medial coracoclavicular, Conoid, and trapezoid ligaments are the 3 coracoclavicular ligaments.

The conoid ligament and the trapezoid ligament are 2 extra-articular ligaments that help to stabilize the acromioclavicular joint.

The conoid ligament spans the “elbow” of the coracoid process to the posterior border of the inferior aspect of the clavicle known as the conoid tubercle.

The conoid lig. is deep/posterior to the trapezoid ligament’s attachment on the conoid tubercle.
